[Hell yeah, hell yeah oh shit time to be presentable??? Somehow, wtf, shove the chip bags under the bed. Wait, will Otabek be seeing the bed??? Maybe??? Why not???
Lots of scrambling ensues and then Yuri is abruptly flinging open the door, red-faced and out of breath and...scowling. Because that's his default expression, sorry.]
[ Otabek's eyebrows lift slightly as he takes in Yuri's appearance, from the flushed face to the labored breathing, and he can't help but wonder just what it was he had been doing in there. Then again, with Yuri, it could have been something as innocuous as angrily watching TV. ]
No! [Yuri sort of...yells it, because he has no damn filter. And a crush. No filter and also a crush. So he's going to yell in Otabek's face, because that's how you deal with a crush.
Fortunately his cat, Yulia, wanders up and rubs against Otabek's shins, purring loudly, so Yuri can duck down and scoop her up, mumbling an apology and hiding his face in her poofy fur.] No, you didn't.
[ Well that's just unfairly cute, isn't it? Otabek's gaze softens a bit and he reaches out to gently scratch the top of Yulia's head, since he didn't have a chance to pet her before she was scooped up by her human.
[Yulia purrs approvingly, wiggling around until Yuri lets her free. Cat-less now, he's going to have to retreat behind his conveniently-long hair to hide the fact that he's still crimson-faced. Seriously, they've probably been dating for months by now and done all sorts of fun things, but he still gets like this whenever it's been more than a couple days between visits.
Have a nod in return.] Yeah, of course. Not gonna make you stay outside. [He steps back, hands in his pockets, watching Otabek under his fringe, as if mentally calculating how emphatic a greeting he can give while still being cool.]
[ Otabek follows Yuri inside, glad to be in, his gaze on Yulia as she darts back into the room. When the door shuts behind him Otabek immediately reaches out and pulls Yuri to him, tucking the other skater against him so that he can tilt his head down and bury his face in his hair. It was hard, being made to wait outside like that. He wanted to reach out and touch Yuri the moment he opened the door. ]
[Yuri lets out a mildly startled sound, going still for a moment while his brain tries to catch up -- why is Otabek squeezing him with his body wait what is this oh right. And then the switch that only this particular person can flip is flipped and Yuri is soft and clingy and reaching both arms around and up Otabek's back, grabbing two handfuls of his shirt and holding on tight.]
Yeah. [It's muffled, because his face is pressed to Otabek's shirt and he's breathing in, shameless and deep, something tight and hurting in his chest untwisting at the familiar scent.]
[ Good. Otabek closes his eyes and presses his lips against Yuri's head, smiling faintly against it as he's finally grabbed back. It took a minute--it sometimes does--but he figured it out eventually.
His hand absently drifts up and down Yuri's back as they hold each other, calm and relaxed, and he gives one tighter squeeze before he loosens his arms and stands a little straighter. ]
Come on. We probably shouldn't stand around in the entryway all day, right?
[Yuri nods against Otabek's shoulder, squeezing tighter for a moment, in response to being let go -- he does that, clings when people start to move away, then abruptly puts distance between himself and others. He does that every time.
He doesn't this time, though. He pulls back, yes, enough to look upwards, through his hair, face scrunched up in that intense, serious, thoughtful way. Then he's up on his toes, grabbing Otabek's coat, pulling him down. And Yuri's kissing like he does everything else -- too hard, too intense, too passionate and clumsy and unpracticed. Like there's too much energy and brightness trapped inside his body, and it spills out at inopportune moments.
All things considered, though, kissing Otabek is one of the better ways to free some of that pent-up kinetic energy.]
[ It's alright, Otabek likes it, he likes this energy that Yuri has. It balances him out nicely, they balance each other out nicely. He wraps his arms tightly around Yuri again as he's pulled into the kiss, steady and certain as he returns the eagerness. Without breaking it he starts to walk with a slight waddle, his legs to the outside of Yuri's as he walks them both further into the room.
Eventually he breaks away once they're out of the entryway, drawing his hands away from Yuri's waist as he reaches up to undo his jacket, letting it drape over the back of a chair. ]
[Yuri grumbles a little against Otabek's lips, but lets himself be walked backwards, pulling back and biting, almost too hard, at the other boy's lower lip. He's like that; too ferocious, like he wants to grab and cling onto everything he's given, everything Otabek is.
Still, there's a sweetness to it too, in how he wiggles his arms under the jacket and holds on, presses his ear to Otabek's chest and listens, pouting in that unintentionally cute way he has.]
Who said I missed you. Dummy. [It's all lies, and it shows in the smile, hidden under all that golden hair.]
